Concerning Amazon earnings

    I recently read somewhere on the forum, that HubPages is now using a different calculating method for Amazon earnings, but to reach the same end result. This leaves me with a question, that I am not sure to ask, as it is multi faceted.

    I'll begin by saying that I believe it's possible that an Amazon ID of mine that Amazon shut down (due not getting a response to a query about my sites in on time), may be the one being used on my HubPages account, but I cannot change the configuration, as it is blocked to me for some unknown reason. Since December 2017, I have not made one red cent via Amazon, when before that time I was clipping along nicely.

    So now they are using a different method to attribute earnings, shouldn't I be seeing some earnings now? I say this assuming that HubPages uses Amazon ads as part of their ad program. I suppose I should also ask about that--does HubPages use Amazon ads in their ad program, or not?

    I asked HubPages about the defunct ID, and was told that if I could not produce an email with that ID on it, they had no reason to look into it.
