    What do you do when you can not find a way to solve the problems with programs and devices.?

    I have all my programs and devices set to auto-update and download.

    It is important not to miss security "patches" that Windows and other software providers produce in response to weaknesses they discover in their systems. 

    Is there a specific problem you have encountered?

    Thank you for the respond miss Beth Eaglescliffe. I will keep in mind the auto- update and download. Yes my phone is getting too many adds. I turn off the notification bottom, but I still have the adds.

    It sounds like you need an adblocker. There are lots of free ones on the internet.

    If I cannot figure something out for myself, I do an Internet search. This goes not only for technology, but for just about any problem that comes up. This also gives us a good hint what other people might be searching for on the Internet. If you are looking for an answer, chances are, other people are too.

    Hello miss Hewins. I visited my telephone company.They had some trouble figure out what was the problem. After 15 minutes, the technitian solved the problem.  It was internal created by google. Someone turn on my notification. I still get some add on my telephone but not every second. It was add personalisations.  The adds should be in my computer.
