Sounds like you have just had the generic email that mentions that a possible cause is spammy elements. Often there is another paragraph with more specific advice.

Actually, I think the problem is that you've linked to Pixabay more than twice. Just put the word Pixabay in the source and leave the url empty. We're not allowed to link out to the same domain more than twice.

Alternatively, leave all the boxes blank and just add a note at the bottom of the article saying that all images are from Pixabay (with a single in-text link).

I just usually write Pixabay as the source since I'm using them more and more lately.  That way the article doesn't get held up passing QAP for something simple like that.

I definitely would change the title to "What Is a Leo".  Also, I agree that you have many grammatical errors that should be corrected.

It's all useless. I have even now removed so much good content. Since 2mmrrow 2 times it said it contains spammy elements. Really disappointed in myself.

I suggest you post the notice you got and take the advice you are being given.  It is not about deleting content.  Even if your error is "spammy elements", which I doubt--that message relates to outgoing links and not to content.

Not now you removed all the Pixabay ones. That's good. You're allowed to keep two to any single domain.

So tell us what the email says.

"We wanted to let you know that Leo Best Career Options has the opportunity to become Featured! Featured articles are showcased on Topic Pages and Related articles listings. They are also made available to search engines. We want your article to succeed and strongly recommend making a few improvements.
The perks of a Featured article don't end at increased visibility online. Featured articles are likely to be more successful over the long run when it comes to traffic, earnings, and augmenting your personal online brand.
It's possible that your article is not Featured because it contains spammy elements. Perhaps it was written for a link, or has excessive product capsules or product capsules that are not directly related to the content. Even articles that appear to be high quality can be spammy. We recommend that you remove any spammy elements from your article."

          This is it

Okay, but they are saying it's a 'possibilty'. This, I believe is the standard email.

Let's have a look at your first paragraph:

"The Leos are the most outgoing and among the most confident employee on the team or a company. These qualities naturally settle them into positions of authority and leadership where they don’t just only make their presence felt but also make a difference in their society. Leos strength coupled with his hard work in the career can make him a huge success. Here is a list of best carrier options for a Leo, according to his individual characteristics, strengths, and abilities."

So, there are several grammatical errors. I'll have a go at it... you don't have to use this, but you can if you want to.

"Leos are the most outgoing and confident employees in the organization. These qualities come so naturally to them that they settle easily into positions of authority and leadership. They don’t just make their presence felt at work, but in society generally. Leo’s strength, coupled with his or her hard work, can take them to the top of their chosen career.

Here is a list of career options for the ambitious Leo."

You need to go through the rest of the article and look carefully at your phrasing, spelling and grammar.

            Hope it gets featured soon.

It doesn't. Ignore what they are saying. In fact, contact team@hubpages.com and explain the problem.

It's your grammar that needs work.

I also think he should clearly define what a "Leo" is.
