I’m wondering why recently it sometimes takes several days for earnings reports to update. Any Thoughts?

I'm wondering that, too. In the past, it usually had something to do with a change in programming affecting the earnings report. In past, Hubpage made a announcement about what's happening. So, I expect that something will be posted, soon. It's frustrating, but these anomalies tend to get fixed.

More than likely HP is waiting for more data from somewhere or a program update or something similar stuck in the pipeline. They've always managed to clear things in the past and I still have faith they'll do it again.
It's been a few days. Could be a glitch?

With the growth of the ad network, the CPMs have gone up, but with that, there's also the need for each of these networks to finalize reports before HP can give you yours.

Happens often. Sometimes, there are three- or four- day delays. Fear not, the boffins will sort it out.
