    Hi. I think the major problem is that you've created a blog post rather than an article. I suggest that you increase the length of your post and add a suitable photo (or photos) with a public domain or Creative Commons licence. You should also add authoritative references because you've written about a health topic.

    It would be a good idea to try to make your article more informative not only to pass the Quality Assessment Process but also because you are competing with other articles about the ketogenic diet that have been published.

    I agree with Alecia.  There is very little content here, it is too informal and doesn't include anything new.  There are a kazillion articles out there on this diet and you need to have something in yours that makes it stand out from the rest or it needs to be more comprehensive than what's out there.  Given that the diet has been around since 1924, and has garnered a ton of attention it would be difficult to do the latter without writing a book. If you are set on writing about this topic do some research and see what people are looking for in terms of this diet and dieting in general then try fashion an article in a way that hasn't been done before.  An example might be to summarize the research on the diet and point out what hasn't been examined or where there are holes that future research needs to fill etc. 

    Check the learning center for info on what HP expects for articles and how to create a stellar hub.  Good luck!
