      Good morning miss Kenna. I like your picture. Walking is the best exercise of all exercises. In the morning, it is the best time of the day to take a walk. I love the fresh air. I hope you continue  having a great day.

      Hi, Kenna, I like the idea. Besides a walk, I take to stretching, exercise, and jogging and swimming. This will banish all tensions in my mind and body. And, the early morning sun helps build my bones and skin. Thank you.

            The result is good health and longevity. Walking is now being encouraged by health authorities. One professor of nutrition science said that one should walk from one town to another instead of taking a cab or bus. Whether this takes two or three days does not matter.  But a respite for refreshing and lodging for the night in hotels helps solve many health problems. Good day.

                  Culture? If the cafe man walks from one town another, what prevents the modern man? The walk is for health reason, right? Walking is the oldest exercise for man. Walking is a culture.
                  
                  Lately, the fox news shared a man walk 6,000miles just for health reasons. It was even copied by my local newspaper (see photo). So walking is a culture as old as cloth or the way you carry yourself. Thanks, and have a great weekend.
