    There are many issues concerning this article that you could have avoided if you'd spent some time at the Learning Center here https://hubpageshelp.com/

    Formatting, legal to use images, over use of Amazon capsules, and then there's the poor quality English

    "So here is the fact that many of us are unaware about.(There is always a space after a punctuation mark. Then, you follow up with a long, convoluted run-on sentence that is loaded with grammatical mistakes) We are often worried to keep ourselves healthy and for this, we have tried a number of things like many of us have joined gym so that we can be physically fit, mostly females desire to have a glowing skin and for that they spend huge amount of money in spa or beauty salons etc but none of us try to manage our lives in such a way that we minimize our stress and keep our hearts young."

    It's the English usage that is causing most of your problems and there is no short cut to correcting this.

    And do remove the capsule with the Amazon Echo. It has nothing to do with your article.
