Here's what happens.
I attempt to sign up for paypal, enter all my information as prompted, and when I hit "Agree and Create Account", it says my city state and zip code were either incomplete or incorrect. Last I heard, California's state initials were Ca, and the LosAngles initials were La. Am I wrong or something? My zipcode was perfectly fine as well, is anyone else experiencing problems with paypal or is it just me?
La is short for Louisiana ... spell Los Angeles out and you should be fine.
*slaps forehead* Duh. I can't believe I didn't think of that.
When I put La or LosAngeles (for the city field of the sign up, yes I type it out) it's still wrong. State, obviously Ca, zip code 90044. Still messed up.
Perhaps capitalize both letters in each abbreviation? Is it asking for a nine digit zip code?
I don't know of any online form that allows you to abbreviate city names. Spell it out like Yoshi said.
Are you sure that you are on the real PayPal website? If you are trying to sign up via an e-mail you received, it is probably a phishing scam.
It worked....sorry for the trouble everyone.

I've been looking for a job for a while and heard that it's possible to earn a little money on Hubpages through writing articles and blogs. I found that I have to have a PayPal account in order to receive any payments and was wondering is I have to pay anything out of pocket in order to open one.

I'm getting tired of seeing that I've earned a little money (okay, very little money) every month, being told that I do have an Adsense account AND my Hubpages posts are linked to Paypal, yet I don't get any deposits.I thought for sure I'd find an answer to this issue in the forums, but I haven't...

Hi all, for some reason I just got a notification that my Paypal account is limited and am no longer able to receive funds. I will call them to ask what the issue is (but from horror stories, they take ages to resolve), so in the meantime, I'd like to know what happens to my hub earnings — since...
