This is my first time using HubPages. I've written a couple of articles, revised them about 3-4 times now yet they still do not pass the QAP. The last edit resulted in my score going down 3 points when it has steadily been going up.

I've looked at other articles as examples yet I still can not determine why my articles do not pass the test. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's my article How To Find Your First Wwoof Host

It would be helpful if you explained in the article what WWOOF is. Not all your readers will be familiar with the abbreviation or what the organization does.

Not sure how much Wwoof is used by searchers, but you use it in the title and then do not ever use it again in the article. You either need to include it, or make your title something like "How a volunteer should find his first farm".
Go back to "where do I start". You started already knowing a site to check. Wouldnt it be a good idea to give this info too?
Other than that point the article looks fine to me.

I sort of feel I missed a few paragraphs at the start. Why would I be looking for a farm? That needs to be stated up front. The WWOOF thing leaves me mystified; I have no idea what it means and I suspect others are equally in the dark.

    This sentence is repeated.
Try to decide where you would like to travel first, then start searching for opportunities in that area.

Ah, Ok. Thank you for this!

I just found out earlier today that each hub is not connected to one another. I have a different post about what wwoofing is and thought I could connect the two together. However, now I'm realizing I should also mention what it is in this article.

    I appreciate the feedback!

You can link articles but you need to do it manually.  Like in this hub, give a few sentences of context and then link to the previous hub.

DrMark1961 - I actually removed a lot of information prior to making this post. I used the acronym quite a few times within my article but I assumed that the HubPages QAP looked at that as spam or trying to sell something so I took it out haha.

And thank you for that bit of info Psycheskinner! That really helps.

Interesting article. Never heard of Wwoofing before.

I noticed that one of your poll options is "not even". Is that what it is meant to be say?

      Yes, that was purposeful.

I remember when I was cool (just about). I had salmon pink loons which I wore with platform boots.

Never got the courage for mascara (grimly proletarian town).

I just read your first article. Almost everyone down here in my area is an organic farmer, although most are actually organic ranchers. Great write up, good luck on Hubpages.
