    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Here is my article: Gods Own Country: How It Made History In Less Than Three Days

Good looking article, although I only skimmed it. The poor people of Kerala have had to deal with such terrible circumstances.

The problem with it, is that it's current. In other words, it'll be out of date next week, next month. Hubpages wants evergreen articles that will remain relevant for years.

Also, many countries and provinces describe themselves as 'God's own country', so change the title to something that people are actually searching for in connection with this topic.

OK. But would happen to the url if I change the topic? Does it cause any issue? I got a notification from hubpage saying that this article could be ranked featured if I make some improvements. Will you please clarify these things.?

The URL stays the same. You're not changing the topic, merely the title that people will find when looking for information.

Featured just means that it's visible on HubPages. You should be aiming to have it moved to a network site within a week or so of publication.

I can't tell you what improvements to make, as I haven't fully read the article. I expect someone else will chime in to give you some suggestions.

Personally, I think you should rework the content to reflect a more general and long-lasting article, rather than focusing on recent events like a news story. Definitely remove the dates in it or just refer to them as month/year. Try to remove the references to current times. Perhaps if you write it as if you were looking back from the future? It certainly is a remarkable story and one that will remain in people's memories for a long time.

Also, the image of the paddy field with an ugly pylon in it isn't very attractive. How about you find a really beautiful legal image of Kerala?

I got your point. Please tell me one more thing. What is the advantage of moving the article to a network site? I have so far written only 6 article among which 5 are featured ones. 2 were moved to networks by hubpage admin (even without my request). I never asked for it, because I didn't know if it could make some difference

    hello,
I am about to publish a new hub which contains words like 'suicide, crime, etc'. Now I have a doubt using such words would violate the policies of hubpages or google adsense. Please answer me somebody. I am new to the system

Yes, they probably would. Have a read through the FAQs: https://hubpages.com/faq/

You've been here a while and have 11 articles. It makes sense for you to know what is acceptable and what isn't, so spend a little time researching the Learning Center too: https://hubpageshelp.com/
