I was just sent an e-mail that my Q&A was being shut off because I stopped answering questions. Funny, since I didn't receive any e-mails about questions being asked. I did some digging and saw I had a ton waiting for a response, yet, HP does not have the ability to see that anywhere unless you dig into it. I used to get e-mails each time but they must have mysteriously stopped.
The notification system needs to be fixed. Period. It's always been a bad system and this highlights how bad it is.
Mine keeps shutting down too. I'm not sure whether the problem is HP or with my email. I don't get anything from HP at the moment. One of the staff pointed it out to me and then it miraculously started working. After a couple of weeks it's now gone again.
Meanwhile I always edit questions from the Q&A page:

I also make sure to check the filters on that page for spam.

I'm not receiving notification of comments people make on my hubs. I checked my profile and I have the right buttons clicked. Anyone else having problems with that?

I always receive this suspicious notification from Hubpages every 12:38 (after midnight) in our time here in the Philippines. This notification posts all the hubtivities of all hubbers except my own. The recent hubs that I had published were never mentioned in these notifications; some 10 hubs...

It would be great if we received notification of new comments. I was reviewing my hubs today and found comments that I didn't know were there. This notification could be on the account page or, better yet, by email.
