I have a copied article on this site and can't find any place to contact them.
They appear to be from Russia?

When all else fails, I report the copyright violation to the website's domain host. I have had this problem numerous times with one article in particular. I found that some hosts did nothing, while others removed the copied article.
I did find an email associated with this website in their whois info however. You can find it here, along with their domain host if necessary:

I notice that on the "copied Hubs" page, there's a column for "removed". I've never seen any Hub with an entry in that "removed" column and there seems to be no way to mark a copy as "removed". Is there meant to be?It would be an awesome...

Yesterday I got an email from a hubber pointing me to an article on Bubblews which was copied from my HP account. I have emailed Bubblews and they removed it. You should check the site to see if any of your hubs have been copied there.

I was notified by HP that one of my hubs may have been copied, one called The Twelve Houses of Astrology. The URL of the site is http://astrocabinet.com, and it's a Wordpress.com blog. It looks like it has numerous places to log in and comment and lots of links. But it won't allow anyone to log in...
