I have my first ten hubs now. I understand that there is some kind of difference and choice i have to make between google adsense and hubpages ads. I have hubpages ads completed. will that included some kind of adsense?
Okay... you need to have Adsense before you can earn via Hubpages ad program. That's because part of the advertising includes Google ads.
Once they are activated you are able to switch between HP ads, or Google Adsense only. It generally works out better to have the HP Ad program, but some people find it works the other way for them.

Recently, I've gotten hefty clicks through Google Ads, but the earnings show up on my Google Adsense, not HP. Google Ads program and HubPages Ads program are separate, right?

I've never generated a cent from these two programs and they've also never really worked properly. Constantly my adsense claims its active then I'm not approved, then it just mucks up everything. I'm not making any money on hubs as it is but this isn't helping anything.
