       I have a feeling that you are dissociating a little more than is good for you.  Exercise and conversation with real live humans is probably the best antidote.

             It gets harder as to keep a good balance as you get older and sicker. I used to host a boules game every week at my place but a couple of hours of even moderate exercise is beyond me now.
             
             Instead, I drink coffee and listen to people talking about their prostrates, lol.
