I discovered Yandex Search Engine on my other site, outside HubPages. It came up as a source for views. I never heard of it until now. It looks like it is from Eastern Europe. I went to it, and search my name some interesting stuff came up. There are sites I didn't even know I had an affiliation.
Yep, Yandex is basically the Russian version of Yahoo or Google. They offer all the same services - search engine, email, storage, music, etc., etc.
I actually have a Yandex e-mail address that I use as a "burner" account for whenever a web site wants me to sign up for their mailing list, etc...that way all the junk mail goes there instead of my "real" e-mail account. Haha
Yandex is sending me viewers now. I hope they read English or have a translator.
Cool. I started getting views when I posted the new Frozen II trailer. The movie has a Russian/Eastern European theme to it.

I have checked a few of my articles over the course of a week, not all of them but most of the popular ones, and I noticed that when I put them in Google search they only show up through another link such as Pinterest or Twitter. They seem to have totally disappeared apart from that. Any help you...

How much search engine traffic are you getting compared to hubpages traffic?I'm just curious. Most of my traffic comes from hubpages. I get a little from google but not too much. I was wondering what other people are experiencing and if you have any advice on how to get more google traffic?

Which is the most important for search engine searches: the Hub summary or the first paragraph of the Hub? I thought the summary was most important, but I notice that sometimes searches show the first sentences in the hub. Are both equally important?
