    You have done a great job improving this article.
    There are still some things to work on, however, and that might be what is causing you to fail the assessment process.
    The English is kind of stilted. Have you used a program like grammarly? There are articles missing (the hypothalmus, for example) and other places have the article when it is not necessary.
    Check your bio. It stops suddenly, needs to be rewritten to make sense.
    I have to wonder if the reason for the failure is that this subject is already covered heavily on the net. If this were mine I would try to correct the grammar again and if it did not pass go on and try writing something else.

      Thank you DrMark for your valuable time, you are correct I tried Grammarly.
      Bio part, the space available was not sufficient, ok I will correct anyway.
      This topic was widely covered also.
      I will put more efforts once again on grammar.

    You are talking about a symptom that might indicate a serious health condition.  You need to counsel people to go to a doctor first to investigate this.  Otherwise, you might expose  Hubpages to liability for recommending home remedies in cases where medical intervention is needed.
