Seems as if the recent glitch has caused a reset. My traffic's a couple of thousand up from normal. Very pleasing
Mine is back to low normal, but I can live with that much as I'd like for it to be up!
My traffic stats have finally recovered to slightly above normal.
how to increase traffic?
what is the function of traffic when we publish an article?
does it helpful in public procedure?
You increase traffic (readers) by writing good quality articles. And lots of them.
Traffic is how you earn money here. Traffic results in impressions (people seeing the ads on your articles), which is how your earnings are calculated.
I don't understand what you mean by the last question.
Sorry, In last question the word is publish not public. writing mistake.
Agreed. Not sure what’s happened but it’s definitely flowing back in again. Great to see
Yessss. Good to see.
When do you think we'll get recompensated for the $$ we lost from the artificially low numbers?
Since the glitch was internal, HP has all the figures and likely compensated normally, so I wouldn't expect to get any more money.
I have made some cynical and pessimistic posts about the future of online article writing. So far, I have been proven dead wrong. I am totally fine with that.
I don't detect any major changes so far, though difficult to tell anything after a couple of days unless it's very dramatic. As far as I'm aware the HP glitch was an internal affair that coincided with a possible (unconfirmed) Google Friday 13th algo update... I'm not seeing thousands more views on any of my HP profiles so far, anyway, but I would welcome such a thing.
Today, mine are the highest they've ever been. I'm thinking that may have to do with the 9/13 algo update. https://www.seroundtable.com/google-sea … 28226.html
Lucky you! My traffic is still very low, even though I try to optimize my articles.
I'll keep at it and hopefully, things improve.
I wish my traffic was up. It seems to barely hover above zero at the moment.
I envy you. I don't get a lot of traffic to my articles plus I'm currently having writers block. My earnings are really low.

I have read somewhere here that google search engines take into account the page-views to compute ranking. Is it advisable to delete non-performing Hubs, those with 0 pageviews a day, as a way to increase traffic in an attempt to increase ranking? How do you deal with low-performing hubs?thanks in...

I've been an active user of HP for over 6 years. Over that time, my income would increase until, suddenly, my "reads" would take a hit and my (modest) income would take a drop. This has happened a number of times, as you all know. And, I dutifully went through my articles and modified,...
