      Hi there, welcome to HubPages.
      
      This is a blog post, not an article. I think you need to take a step back and see how you can turn this into a useful article. Think facts, rather than opinion.
      
      Are people searching for this title? You have to attract traffic and if this isn't a searchable term then you are writing into a void because no one is going to see it.
      
      Also, have you 'written to the title'? That means have you fulfilled the promise of 'how to...'? Readers can be mightily disappointed if you announce you are going to explain how to do something and then you don't actually do that.
      
      There are other issues: title needs to be in proper title case. Text needs breaking up into several text capsules, each with a properly capitalized subtitle. Then you can move your images into more appropriate places.
      
      Never write I as i.

      In addition to raggededge's valuable advice, I suggest you offer a kind of foodie's critique of the world of sushi. Then you could keep writing about related topics and establish your own niche in which you offer similar content about other food/culture/etc.
      
      You have a bright and engaging voice, and if you direct your energy in the right way you could do well here.
      
      Also, by the way, make use of photos from pixabay.com. They're free and legal to use and would really compliment your material.
