    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Here is my article: So You've Written A Book, Now What?

Highly entertaining. I was right there with you. My problem is that I so, so, so want to write fiction, but I'm useless at it. It doesn't help when my 18 yr old tells me she's reached 40k words in some epic fantasy adventure.

Add the source for your images and make sure they are legal to use. They should carry a Creative Commons or Public Domain license, or be your own photos.

Make sure the images are the same size. Those small ones will look horrible on a phone.

Get rid of 'bullsh*t'. Hubpages won't pass anything with profanities in it.

This bit is important. Your article is a personal story, and that's okay, but you haven't written to the title. Someone who is looking for information about what to do after they've written a book isn't going to find it - so I think you should use your personal story, but also give out some useful information about what someone should actually do once they've written a book. Like 2nd and 3rd drafts, finding an editor, self-publishing, etc.

      Good luck.

Thank you for all the information, and i hear you about photos. I just find it very hard to get photos that go with some subject matter. I have been using Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash, but often they show you pics that are so unrelated to the subject matter i get frustrated and go to google images...which I shouldn't, but...
As to the profanity, I hadn't thought about that. I'm so use to blogging, using slang and profanity at times... I'll have to keep that in mind!
I have another book in mind, I started it, but just haven't gotten round to writing much more on it, soon, very soon!
Once again, thank you for the feedback, it is greatly appreciated, and I'm sure you will get that book done, think positive!

You can also eliminate the link to your blog. I am not sure that is the issue, but take it out, see if it passes, and then if it does go ahead and put it back in again.
I think it might be better for your blog since they might complain that it was not written to your title.
    Thanks, I did enjoy it.

thank you for the response, I just did some brief editing, and one thing I did was remove the link, another was to remove the profanity, which I didn't think that big a deal, but one never knows.
