Why am I not getting any Amazon monies on my hubs?  It shows it's activated but I have yet to see any earnings

It's because no one has clicked on your Amazon links.

Do you include Amazon product links on your articles? This section of the FAQ might be helpful:

Thank you for your prompt response.  Tou mean I can put Amazon ads on my own site? Exactly how do I do that?

You get links to put on your own site from your Amazon Associates account.

I think OP means her articles, not another site outside of HP.

Powers, on my profile sliding thingy, there is an article about how to write a decent article for HP. It might help. Just click on my photo.

You might not have added any links to your articles or maybe nobody has clicked them and bought anything.

Unfortunately just having the links active doesn't mean people will use them. People have to use the link AND buy something in that browser session.

Thank you for your reply.  How and where do I add the link.

I'm copying this reply I posted to someone yesterday.

"Okay, so let's say I want to link to a book on Amazon. Books are really easy because you can quote from them thusly...

As Jo Bland says, in her book, 'TV Dinners Together', we can all bond over the prepping and eating of blah blah. I think Jo has made a really good point here because blah blah...

So you'd highlight the book title. Click on the chain link icon in the text capsule toolbar. Then click on the Amazon tab. Your book should be at the top of the list. You might have to decide between Kindle or print. Select the correct one and click Save (at the top of the dialogue box). It's done."

Hope that helps. It's a very simple process. Avoid using the Amazon capsules and stick to links as described above.

I will try this.  I've been so disappointed not seeing any progress on my HubPages.  I've got over 40 hubs and only .10 cents!
          Thanks for the input.
