Those of us with personal websites will be aware by now of the Google May Core Update that was rolled out a few days ago.
There have been mixed reactions in the few days since its release. I'm in a whatsapp group with over a hundred website publishers and there have been a few cries so far. Some people are reporting seeing a plunge in their traffic by as much as 60%.
For me, I wasn't getting that much organic traffic to start with; I would get like five or eight on my very good days and this update didn't change things much for me. I still get the same miserable numbers now.
Were you affected in a good way?

Difficult to believe, I know, after all the shenanigans we've experienced for the past three months with traffic rising or falling 10 or 20% every other day.

Hi all. Have been away for a while. Can you please update me to the effect that the niche sites have had on your hubpages if any. Look forward to chatting with you all my fellow hubbers!

For anyone seeing a sudden dip or rise in traffic, be aware that Panda is rampaging again:http://searchengineland.com/panda-update-rolling-204313This may be good news for some who lost traffic in the August update, and it will be bad news for others.

According to Search Engine Roundtable, it seems there was another update this week. I notice traffic has dropped a further 20% to 30% on at least two of my high traffic articles.Has anyone else noticed changes?
