Not getting paid, but I met the threshold

I met the threshold for getting paid several payments ago, but I still haven’t received a payment from hubpages. I’m not signed up with amazon ads, so that’s not relevant to me (just saying since apparently there has been some kind of an issue with amazon earnings or something like that).
My PayPal is still linked to receive payments, so I’m clueless as to why I haven’t been paid. Does anyone have any insight as to why this might be?
Also are they still only paying once a month or every two weeks (so long as the payment minimum is met of course)?
Also, does anyone know the Hubpages email? I can’t find it.
Has the payment threshold to receive payments just recently increased or something? I read the FAQ questions, and it said the minimum payment requirement is still $50...
My last payment was March 28, and based on the calendar dates on my earnings page I should have been paid in May apparently. I need the money as soon as possible, and I’m just confused as to why I’m having this issue.

    Check here: https://hubpages.com/my/earnings/history

Your accumulated earnings and payments will show there. If you have been paid you will see the amount funnelled to Paypal. You have to have $50 in your account the **month before** payment date.

Thank you for your response, so I met $50 several days before the end of last month. It appears to take a couple of days for each day’s earning to update, so I kept that in mind. Now it’s at about $88 to $90. That’s what it shows as the earnings from March 28 to today...
Does Hubpages only pay once a month and not twice a month?

Once a month and only at the end of the next month. If you hit 50 after the 28th of April you will only be paid in June with the earnings you've accumulated until the end of April.

So do you mean at the end of two months later or did you mean to say if you meet the threshold before the end of April you will get paid at the end of May? Because one month after the end of April is the end of May (which would be the next month)... So did you mean two months later? From the end of April to the end of June is exactly two months... June isn’t the next month... It’s the next month *after the next month... so that doesn’t make sense.
Thank you for your answer though. smile

Okay I see now. So I will get paid at the end of this month, since one month before my last payment on February 28 to May 28 (will then have me receiving a payment at the end of June) is a different time frame than what I was looking at. This is all on a time frame set back one month prior to payments which I didn’t realize. I had made less money in the time frame of end of the February (one month before the end of March since obviously I have to go a month back on that too) to the the end of April, so I was a bit short of the threshold at the end of May because of that.
Now this makes sense. Thank you the ragged edge!
