Could there be a better way of finding hubbers?

I would like a quick and convenient way of (a) finding the profie page of an individual hubber, and (b) finding hubbers who meet certain criteria, such as by location, number of hubs published, etc. The search box allows hubs to to be found, but not hubbers. Would this be feasible, Hubpages Team?

I'm with you, Indexer.  A "search hubbers" box would be cool.

You can insert a hubber's name in the search and it will yield no hubs, but it will give you a list of hubbers on the right of the page, provided the words match a hubber's name though.

Peter, I've even found that function limited at times.

When I try to search for a hubber by name, it sometimes doesn't find any results simply because the name isn't an exact match.  I'm not sure what the algorithm is for the search box, but I agree- it could be expounded upon.

Yeah, it's not great, but I haven't found anything better yet.

I like that idea. Finding other people by location and similar interests would be cool.
