Hi? This is my third article for Hubpages, but it didn't make the cut. I honestly thought I'd rectified the mistakes made in the first two. I would really appreciate some insight on where I went wrong so that I can improve. Hubpages has not availed the specifics, they just say it did not pass the Quality Assessment Process(QAP).

    Thanks in advance...

The link still doesn't work. You need to follow theraggededge's advice. Open the email in which HubPages told you that the article wasn't featured. The email should contain instructions telling you what to do. If you follow the instructions, a special link to your article and a message should be generated and (I think) posted in the forum for you.

I've copied the link from my email just as theraggededge and you adviced. I have opened the article a couple of times, just to make sure it works. Will appreciate your thoughts on why it wasn't featured, and what I need to do to improve. Thanks.

I'm sorry, Macharia, your article is still not visible. I was advising you to follow the instructions in the email, not to copy the link of your article  I've never seen the email so I don't now exactly what it says. I'm assuming that you got the same message that other people receive when their article isn't featured, though.

Do you see the messages in many of the "Related Discussions" below this post? They all have the same wording, though the link provided in each message is different. That's the message that should be automatically generated for your article when you click on the appropriate part of the email. (I hope the function still works, since you posted your first request for help twelve days ago.)

Ok, now I get it. Hubpages just gives an automated general response that does not go into the specifics of why the article wasn't featured. That's why I would have loved it to be visible to you, and other writers. I have checked out their suggestions, and I feel I've followed them to the letter.

But since the article wasn't featured, I must be missing something and I can't place my finger on it, and neither does the hubpages email. It can only be pointed out by an experienced writer with featured articles under their belt.

I have reposted the article on the Improving Your Article Forum. This time it should be visible. If you get time, kindly check it out and help me out. Will appreciate your insight.. Thanks
