I'm just a newbie here and my traffic is getting low. What will I do to make it rise again?

If you keep writing poetry do not expect traffic. What can you do if you do want traffic?
    1. Write more articles, preferrably things that will help people solve problems and that they will want to read.
    2. Read articles and leave thoughtful comments. (HP views only, which will not be much.)
    3. Wait. In time, if you write what people want to read, your articles will "age" on Google and may have more readers. In the meantime, write more.
    4. Did I mention that you should write more?

You joined 8 days ago, and have only three articles.

    Patience!

If you're actively following other Hubbers and reading their Hubs, you'll get some readers visiting your new Hubs when they are first published. But that is not going to earn you much. You need thousands of views to earn a dollar.

If you write plenty of long, interesting articles which offer help with people's hobbies or interests, or problems they're having in their life, then you may get those thousands of views. But it will take time - perhaps a year or more.

If you write poetry, you will not get those views.  Poetry does not earn money online.
