    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!

      Hi there,

Get rid of the bold text. Your article will automatically fail QAP with it.

Social workers should not be capitalized in the middle of text.

The five things are your opinion. They aren't fact. For example, there have been many failings by social workers in the UK. From not spotting child abuse in a family to allowing children in care to be groomed and raped. There are some lovely social workers, but there are also some incompetent ones.

Your article should be around 1,000 words. It should be informative and helpful. You have written a social media type of post. That's not what HubPages wants. Check out the Learning Center by clicking Help, top right.

      Good luck.

Hi there, your write in bold typo, is your readers deaf? The article is less than the 800 words minimum. Improve the story as others had said.

The same thing is true about your dog article. You need to remove all of that bolding, make it long enough to be worth reading, and add more substance to the article. If not, no one will share it and any reader will bounce out of there before the ads even load (you will have no impressions and will never earn a cent from the article).
If you are interested in writing on that subject go to Pethelpful and look at how the articles are laid out. Your article needs to be similar. If you article is not good enough to be moved to a HP network site, and remains on the main HP site, you are never going to have many views here.

1.) Length (not long enough needs at least 750-1000 words.)
2.) Bold typing is a NO NO.

I agree with comments already made, this looks more like a first outline than an article. It doesn't tell the reader much, apart from what you think they should know. I don't mean my comments to sound harsh, they are meant to be helpful so you can re-think.

"Sometimes our heart can get in the way of realistic thinking." Is that meant to be a good thing? It doesn't sound like it to me. Surely clients need someone whose head rules their heart, while showing compassion.

"Our level of empathy is on a WHOLE other level."  How can you tell? What makes you think that? Is it because of your training, or your personality? A WHOLE other level to what/who? Is it more than some people, less than some people? I'm not sure it makes sense.

"We will give and give until we are completely burnt out." Again, is that meant to be a good thing? It sounds more like lack of judgement to me, not taking care of yourself, so how can you look after other people?

I'd be interested to read about what services you offer, how you can be of assistance to clients, whether you meet everyone as a matter of course to see if you can be of help, or if a client is referred by another professional for a specific reason. Say what you do, eg Did you know we can help with arranging  xyz? There must be a lot of scope for an article if you give it a bit more consideration. Good luck.
