    This is a message for Matt and Samantha at HubPages.

    Superscript is not properly aligned on the new niche site layout. (On WanderWisdom, but others may be affected too.)

    For example, I want to write 3 degrees Farenheit using the little 0 as a superscript. Instead it shows the 0 on the same level as the number making it look like the number 30 instead of  a temperature of 3 degrees.

      We are aware of this and are currently going over options of how to resolve this issue.

    Beth, instead of using superscipt to create the degree sign, click on the Omega symbol on the top edit bar. You'll find one there.

      No that doesn't solve the problem. This is unique to the new layout, it is not a problem on the old layout.

    I understand that what you did prior to the update looked OK. But, I just tested my suggestion on a recipe that I have in Delishably. I had written 350 degrees F and changed that to 350ᵒ F. It looks correct. Please try using the degree symbol rather than a small o with a superscript.

      @ Carb Diva
      Actually the superscript was an edit alteration by an HP editor. I never use superscript because it makes the line spacing uneven. For the time being I have done a work-around by writing the words "degrees Fahrenheit" next to the number (which is what I had before the edit.)

    You can use the degree symbol from the character map. Alt 0176  (With num lock turned on, hold down Alt and type 0176 on the numeric keypad). You can also do cube and square superscripts.

      @eugbug
      Yes, I know you can. This was a message specifically for Matt and Samantha. I am reporting a glitch, not that I am unable to do something.
