I just revised a Hubpage article without ads and submitted it to be moved to one of the niche sites. Is it worth the effort? Is anyone seeing their revised articles being accepted since they were relegated to the NO Pay area?
The idea of revising and submitting your articles to the niche sites has been standard for years now, so many people have done it and yes, it was worth the effort even before they stopped monetizing HubPages.com. The niche sites have always been much better for income than the main site.
Having said that, it does depend on which subject. Poems and fiction never make money, no matter where they are.
Definitely worth a try. I've had a couple of re-worked no-income articles in the slush bucket moved to niche sites and have seen an immediate spike in views. Some, of course, are beyond redemption and you have to bid them a sorrowful farewell.

I'm curious if anyone knows if the new editors that were hired have completed the training and are on their own now, or if article standards have changed for some reason? The last few months I've had some very old and not updated articles moved to niche sites. I'm happy more of my articles are...

I don’t want to make too big a deal of this. My interactions with editors over the past few years have been very positive and I appreciate their work. There are some excellent people on the HP editorial staff today. However, I think there is always room for improvement, suggestions, and constructive...

I already have a number of hubs moved to the Hubpages network sites, but haven't really seen a drastic traffic change in said hubs. So, is it worth the risk to submit one of my hubs that already receives a decent amount of daily views to a vertical site?I'd hate to see aforementioned hub drop in...

I read on here that articles that aren't moved to the niche sites don't get as much live as those on the niche sites.Would it be wise to continue writing here knowing there's the possibility of that happening, although I try to make my articles optimized in the hopes it will pull in some traffic...

This last year I improved my hubs and had 112 featured of 130 articles: Now suddenly they bust me down to only 30 featured hubs. I feel this contributes to a websites decline. I made a comment on a survey that I don't get any payout for this site and gave my opinion, and now...

I'm thinking the answer is probably yes?If you have hubs that have been deemed "not featured", for one reason or another, will that factor into lowering your overall score/rating as a HubPages member? Example--let's say your overall rating is 75. If 10 non featured hubs become...
