Ok, I have posted this article for a long time already, and has been editing it for it to be better. However, the score wouldn't even go up and it has so little views. Any ideas how I can improve this article?

You should use a tool like Ubersuggest to determine the average number of views for your topic and keywords. Whatever the figure, know that it will mostly come from search engines.

Regrettably, Google is unlikely to list a Discover site as a top result as far as K drama is concerned, not unless you have very unique info or analysis. Getting the hub transferred to Reelrundown might help, but I doubt so, with the amount of competition out there.

Thank you very much for this. I will try using this Ubersuggest tool. Yeah, it really is difficult to get this article to Reelrundown.

Not all hubs will do well too, sad to say. But you can still use them to backlink to your better hubs or build up portfolio.

First of all, don't worry too much about the score. I have some articles that have a very good score and yet get very little views and then some articles with a lower score that get a lot of views. The score doesnt mean that much.

One of the reasons you may not be getting much traffic is that the topic may not be popular among English speaking people, with this actor being more popular in Korea and countries in the area. For example, I never heard of this actor and so I would never have searched for 'best dramas starring".

You might actually get more views by doing an article about the 5 best Korean Dramas You Should Watch or the 5 Best Korean Actors. This would have broader appeal and be of interest to someone just learning about Korean dramas.

As for improving this article, I have a few suggestions:

    1. number your sections dealing with each drama. When reading the article it was hard to tell which of the five I was reading about.

    2. You might want to cut out the section that lists the actors who played the other roles. It distracts from the main message. You might also want to combine the synopsis and short review sections and just explain in a paragraph or two why this makes your list. You also should explain why a particular drama is ranked 1 or 4. In other words why is one better than the others.

    3. Don't over do it, but you should use some of the key words from your title within the body of the text. For example, you want to have variations of the phrase "the best movie starring [actor's name]" at least a few times, to improve search rankings. But don't overdo it or google will penalize you.

    4. When including photos make sure that you have permission to use them and provide sources.

Here are links to two of my articles which are similar to what you are doing. They both get a consistent good amount of traffic. Note how I handled the ranking.

    Hope this helps

Hello, @quotations. Thank you very much for taking the time to give me advice! I will surely keep these in mind. I was just wondering where you got those pictures. It's so hard getting pictures when it comes to topics like these.
