    Hi all
While attempting to upload an old hub to a niche site (Spinditty), I discovered this problem of video with no sound. On further checking, I discovered that all my videos, whether on Spinditty or Discover have the same problem but only in Author View. Outside of Author View, there's no problem. It happened yesterday. Until then, all videos had been working fine in author view. Any ideas, or has anyone found the same problem?

EDIT I've just discovered that the problem is only with Chrome. No problems with Firefox, so it looks like the problem is at my end not with HP. I'll keep investigating...

I'm not having any issues with YouTube video sound using Chrome. Are you still experiencing this issue? Try updating your browser and restarting your computer.

        Hi Matt
Actually, I'm just using my phone at the moment. And Yes, the problem is still there on Chrome. But it's not a problem as it works fine on Firefox. I found it strange, though,  that the problem only occurs in Author View or Edit Mode and only in Chrome. Thanks for checking it out at your end.

What type of phone are you using? I tested it on my iPhone using Chrome and could hear YouTube sound. Try updating your operating system. It could solve the issue.

It's a Nokia 2.4 (Android) Matt. I can't update the operating system as it says it's already up to date. I'll try again next time it offers an update.

Anyway, the 'no sound' issue is still there on author view in chrome. And I discovered today after receiving an email from HP who were editing one of my Spinditty articles that the version that shows changes made has the same video issue.
But no problem - I just use Firefox now with no problems
            Thanks for your responses
