      Mariahas, I've your hub.                                        The issues are too many: grammar, sentence structure, including repeatitions of same compound words, like "personality development and grooming", complex sentences, and of course, the lack of proper topical title that's relate to the whole body of the article.                                        More so, your story need organising after HubPages magazine format. That means you should inserted a short summary, and a brief introduction telling your readers what you've got to say about.                                       Seriously, organised the "body" of the article into various sub-title that relate well with the topical title.                                                And where's the conclusion of the article? They must be a conclusion at the end.                                                 I'll also advice that you go online and download an editing software, grammarly at www.grammarly.com/  Check your write-up with it.

      You need to work on your title.  It is not grammatically correct.  But your biggest problem is that you are using an incorrect phrase: Personality Development.  Personality development is a psychological term.  It has nothing to do with personal grooming which is a cultural construct.
