I followed the guidelines for article from Hubpages and also vetted my content with grammarly and hemingway app. Still, my article is failing in QAP. I dont know where i am failing. If i could get a pointer on which aspect my article was failing, I could improve over it, but now I am at a total dead end. Request all to please help me out. Also, is there any other tool, like grammarly, hemingwayapp, etc more geared towards to hubpages
You can not pass the boost camps until you write high-quality articles that are grammatical error free. You should use Grammarly and add something new in your article. Good luck.
We can’t offer you specific help unless we can see the article. When HubPages sent you an email saying that your article had failed the QAP process, the message probably contained instructions for posting the article on the forum so that people could help you. You should follow those instructions.
ArcherEarthX, I agree with Alicia. Please post the link to your article. That will prompt us to have a look at your write. Then we will tell you what is wrong, and what you should do right.
I have published it once again. If you could help me with your suggestions I could work on them. PFB the link
https://hubpages.com/hub/If-you-are-in- … ky?hubview
That won't work for us.
Can you find the link in the email? Click on it and a post will be generated here with a special link that will enable forum members to see your article.
Edit: I saw your article yesterday and it looked alright, though there were some formatting issues. Make sure you only use images that have a Creative Commons license and are correctly attributed.
Here is the link I got from the mail:

I am using images from Unsplash which have Unsplash License (more liberal than CC0). I have also attributed the publishers even though the Unsplash License doesnt warrant that
Its a great article. And I realize the title, and sub-titles are not consistent with say, APA, or any other formats. That said, the topical title needs a little review like, 'Fear Conditioning in Human'. Critically, they're still grammar, sentences, and punctuation mistakes. Critically again, I'm struggling with grammarly because certain of it's give aways can't be taken for grant. Seriously, I've not use Hermingway, as an online scribe. But I found the 'language tool' must helpful. Hope it helps.
Thank you...but i dont know...cant get it published...
Hi,
Use 'Title Case' for headings. Here's the link to a tool that will help you capitalize titles automatically:
https://capitalizemytitle.com/
Maybe you will find it helpful.
Best of Luck & Welcome to HP!
Thank you for this.
Hope to get it published with this incorporated in
I think it’s basically a good article, but it needs some editing. I know it’s a challenge in an article about fear, but you need to make sure that you don’t overuse the word “fear” in the subtitles and the text. The word is present in the first five subtitles, for example. In the “Evolution of Fear” section, it’s present in every sentence except the last one. Another problem is that some of the paragraphs are very long, especially the fourth one.
Thank you for the suggestions. I have reworded accordingly. Kindly have a look.
Hope I get through this time
The article is better, but it still contains long paragraphs. I was hoping that you would notice the lack of a space between the paragraphs in the “Fear in Modern Man” section when you edited the article, but the problem is still there.
The title of the article should be written in title case. Misbah has given a helpful link about this topic.
It doesn't make sense. It's certainly worthy of being featured. I can't see anything that would prevent it.
It does have some issues. For instance, paragraphs are too long, way over the HP recommended 3 sentences. No profile pic and no bio, plus the tone is very casual and conversational for such a serious topic.
I don't see anything prohibitively bad. On the other hand, I don't necessarily see much going for it either, as far as what HP desires. It's not search friendly and it's essentially an opinion piece by someone who apparently has no relevant qualifications or experience (bio is empty).
I'd say Discover was probably the right place for it myself. It's just not a great fit for HP.
Yes, agreed. And it would need a lot of work to get it to a network site. But it's not featured. That's the issue.
I've certainly seen a lot worse articles that are featured.
Now I'm confused. It'd already made it to Discover, so I assumed you were talking about it going to a niche?
Unless its status changed in the 15 minutes between our comments... Not important anyway.
Theraggededge, you should read below the article. Where write that this article is not feature.
Sorry, don't understand what you are saying? I know it isn't featured. That's why I posted the screenshot.
If the thread is confusing, make sure to click on Chronological at the top of the page
Okay, my mistake. Just saw the "discover" in the url and drew the wrong conclusion!
I know, the fact it is on Discover is confusing. It looks featured.
There would be some errors, post your article here then it will be suggested to you. One thing keep in mind don't give up just keep trying it won't give anything but a better learning experience. Best of luck
I am seriously thinking of giving up here.
I tried everything.
If i could only know where to improve, I would have fixed that, but I have hit a dead end.
Maybe HubPages is not meant for me.
Don't give up. You write really well. Maybe try to write another article while saving this one in drafts and returning to it later. Just my two cents.
Best of luck!
Yes, write another article.
Before you do, read some of the articles on the network/niche sites like Owlcation https://owlcation.com
Then make sure you have read the material in the Learning Center. https://hubpageshelp.com Not only is it informative, the articles there are perfect examples of formatting and structure.
A lot of things have to come together for a writer to be successful on here. It takes a lot of hard work and the learning curve is long and steep.
Like Bev says, the best way to understand what HP are looking for is to study the stuff that's made it through to the network/niches, particularly the front pages.
'Great storm and seas makes sailors...'- Spirit of Appollo.
'Emergencies made giant men. The effort or struggle to climb to a higher place in life has strenght, and dignity in it. The wounded oyster mends its shell with pearl' from, The Spirit of Appollo. In other words, if you throw in the towel, you invited defeat, and no one here can help you. That shouldn't happen here. Critically, the pearls need to make your article feature are at the Learning Centre. Spend more time there, then apply the ropes. Giving up just because one article fail to get feature is not the best of reasons. Hubpages gives you up to 5 chances to make an artticle a feature piece. How would you take it if it was just one chance? Would you welcome such an idea? Or suppose you sat for a certificate exam and you're not given an opinion of trying? And re-trying? I don't think you could land here at hubpages. Much thanks.
Really glad for supporting me. I am happy to have actually landed here at hubpages. Such a precious community
Hi all,
Yesterday i mailed the hubpages team and Matt from the team reveiwed and cleared my article. Its now in Featured status. Much thanks to all for supporting me. Looking forward to a wonderful time here at HubPages
Acher, happy writing! And 'honour to all those who try' as the old English King once commended the foolish, and unrelent, but ever try spider. No person can get into the hall of success, by quiting at the bank of a river, if the river is to be cross. Acher, thank you. You made it, and made us very proud at your trying moment. Critically, once a week, visit that feature piece. It may still conntain minor mistakes that either the eyes or mind, or even 'grammarly'...has glot/ overlooked. You can add new information as necerary. Good success.

Hey fellow writers, I finally did it. I can now say I write on two platforms: HubPages and Medium! I published my first article today. I've been getting the daily articles for about 2 years but never made the time to become a writing member. I'm glad to be in the company of those who encouraged me...

I've been approached by a number of specialized sites regarding a number of my articles on Guitar product reviews. Obviously I was quite proud and humbled to be even considered to write content for these sites, some of which are huge, but all I'm getting in return is a back-link to my hubpages...
