No one can see it to help you. Did you get an email from HP about the quality? There should be a link to your article there so we can read it.

Dr. Mark is right. Also, the image shown is of an article being considered.

You joined three days ago. It's important to understand that HubPages is a marathon, not a sprint. It's unusual to get lots of articles featured and then significant traffic quickly.

    Hi there,

Regarding your article 'Zero to One', is it written by Peter Thiel or Elon Musk? Because you've said both:

"The author, Peter Thiel, tells the story of companies..."

"Zero to one is the title of a book by legendary tech entrepreneur Elon Musk"

There is something odd about this article. Have you copied and pasted some of the material? There's a lot of strange repetition.

It has lots of words but says nothing of any substance.

Edit: Also this article does not read as though it has been written by the OP:

Yes, that Zero to One article has no flow or structure. It feels like lots of fragments that have been gathered from other places and just thrown together.

The bio is peculiar and has a very different voice to the articles, as well as an apparently lower level of language skill: "I am a article writer at paid for article site and working as a truelancer."

I was able to find the article. It’s a bad idea to start the article with an Amazon capsule. In addition, your title suggests that you are going to review the book. You haven’t done this, however. You’ve written facts about the subconscious mind instead of a book review.

In a factual article, you need to include authoritative references to support what you say. In addition, since you haven’t reviewed the book, the Amazon capsule should be deleted, unless you change the text to create a book review. Another point to note is that the photos need sources to show that you have the right to use them.

Sorry, Patel, you haven’t. You have deleted the Amazon capsule and added a poll. Now the title makes no sense because you haven’t mentioned Joseph Murphy anywhere in the article. The problems of lack of references and photo credits still exist. You also need to capitalize the headings correctly.

It's becoming very common of new novice here to complain of (their?) articles not being feature, when all that their can provide is unoriginal.                                           I think that that you tube guy, is still directing them here? Wondering.

      Here's the essence:

HubPages requires original and informative articles written in a high standard of English.

If you copy other writers' work, don't convey info well, don't have excellent English skills, you will struggle.

Even if you are successful, it will take months or years to start getting substantive views and earnings.

In Zero to One, the first four paragraphs are virtually double ups just repeated in slightly different wording. the whole article is very repetitive and very confusing.

The Power of the Subconscious Mind, is listed under book reviews, but nowhere in the article does it admit to being that. It does have an Amazon capsule advertising a book by that name. I wonder if all the text of the article is taken from that book?

I think he messed up. He set up one account using a male picture, then another using a female picture. He might have intended to reply to Miebakagh using the male one but, well, you know what happened.

      Silly. And disgraceful.

'He might have intended to reply to Miebakagh using the male one but,...'                                          Why? Is Patel addressing Miebakagh only in this forum?                                      The truth is that if this Patel is really Muna768, he found me helpful before Dr. Mark1961 did a private sleuthing to  exposed his political story.                                     Again, why did Patel apply to me with a female image as. Hassib Hussain? Again, this account is banned. Further, why did he appeal to me with no photo or zero profile image?                                    So, in the beginning only Miebakagh57 was being petitioned to dated?

Miebakagh: Patel wasn't talking to you. That Muna786 guy, with one of his fake accounts, was the one.

          I don't think Patel is Muna786 too.

The problem is that the English level in your articles is considerably better than the level in your forum posts. I am certainly not making fun of your language skills, but it would be interesting to know why your articles are written better than your forum posts.

    2. PaulGoodman67 profile image68
PaulGoodman67posted 2 years agoin reply to this

Having a first language other than English isn't the issue.

The problem is that when the forum poster has a completely different writing voice and skill set to what has been published, experience suggests that plagiarism is taking place.

It's unfair on the writer or writers whose work has been stolen, if this is the case. It can also be a breach of copyright law.

Vatsal, I suggest you devote some time to go through the Hubpages Help end to end before asking any questions. You would get most of your queries resolved. You just need to spend a good 3-4 days at least to know what kind of content is expected in Hubpages.

So one simple piece of advice - before you write, read !!!
