I'm getting ready to publish my Valentine's Day Hub dedication to the Women Writers of HubPages Community and had a fantastic idea, that can add more value to the hub's overall uniqueness.
I have two topics here and want to break them down, because there is two different reasons for this post. (1) If you have interviewed or have been interviewed, and you are signed up for my hub- PLEASE POST LINKS to the Interview.
(2) If you have signed up for the Hub, but have failed to get to me the stuff required for the hub, PLEASE DO IT IMMEDIATELY!
thank you i had a post on here asking for help on it because I already had one for nature and one for animals but I wanted more ideas. these ones I think if they do get accepted and published I'm going to dedicate to the hubbers
yes..that's me Cag. Infact, if you want to see more of me just go to my facebook page. oh..my hubbie Mark said he's going to begin writing on the hub soon. That should prove to be very interesting because him and I always compete with each other on just about everything...lol Up until last week, I was way ahead of him in the Farkle game on facebook. Not anymore
You showing yourself off to others? Hmmmmm......? Your hubby must be really trusting.
Just kidding. Would you be so kind and email your profile link for Facebook, and I'll check out other pictures. I only asked, because this picture is a huge difference compared to the picture you had on your profile.
I've already taken this one picture and edited to make enhancements, and bring out the picture. If you would like, after you email me your Facebook link, I'll send you the picture I have edited, so you can see the change was made.
If you don't mind, I'll more than likely use it on my hub.
Ha ha haha... oh yes, this 53 year old lady is out there showing off for others can you please give me your facebook name so I can look you up. I do not know what my facebook sign on is... brain freeze. Sorry!
Adult can mean: * Sexually explicit writing, including descriptions of sexual acts or practices * Nudity * Excessive profanity * Profanity in the Hub title * Content on sexual aids, toys, or enhancements * Penis enlargement content or products
* Links to sites with any of the above
They do let some risque stuff through no probs and then flag other stuff not as bad. I guess, if you talk about it a subtle way using code words then it's fine. You know, like you going to play a game of hide the salami, that kind of a thing.
Hey Cindyvine, I did code much of the wording in the hub. However, they flagged it, as pertaining to the sexual act itself.
Which makes absolutely no sense. But, oh well, whatever. It no longer matters now. It's been deleted and I've made the decision to not edit it. By editing it, it would take away from the point I was originally getting at in the first place.
Which was - where is the line for Sensuality and Erotica? Many people who read it and left comments, said it was tasteful and sensual, not erotica.
So, I still don't know where that line is drawn and it doesn't look like I'm going to find out either.
bottom line you know it was good as did your readers and that's what counts. People got enjoyment from it and it was very well written. glad you have a copy and it's just unfair but you made the right decision. cheers :
On HubPages, there are other hubbers who do interviews based on other hubbers. I am publishing a Women Writers Hub on Valentine's Day and I would like to add the interviews/links to, so others can add a uniqueness.
Hi Cagsil, how are ya? The weekly newsletter has interviews by loads of hubbers. Probably quite a few who are on your list. Just tought I might pass that on. There is a link here somewhere that get you to all the newslettes of the past . If you want it I can find it for you somewhere. let me know
That's a real shame RedElf. You're a great hubber and deserve to be interviewed. I'm sure you're doing your part with HubPages and it should be recognized.
I'm sorry to hear that no one has honored you in this manner.
If I could conduct a good interview I would, but I've never been good at asking questions in that format. I'm great for throwing out ideas and creating structured environments where knowledge and experience can be learned from and benefited.
I cannot ever get questions to be less filled with ambiguity, so as to not confuse the person I'm trying to interview. I even had that problem when I hired other people for jobs.
But, I personally would love to interview you and if you want you can even think up the questions and answers, send them to me, and I'll put them into a hub for you.
RedElf, how the interviewing worked in the past was that the hubber who was interviewed suggested the next 'interviewee' . To make it more interesting the standard questionnaire was nixxed and the interviewer makes up his/her own questions.
Zsuzsy, as of a couple of weeks ago, the process remains the same. And RedElf, you'd be a grand victim! Both as interviewee and interviewer. I guess the trick is to get in the 'loop'-which is essentially by chance.

For me, the Best Photographer award is a no-brainer. http://aviannovice.hubpages.com/ is the best photographer I've seen on HP by a long shot, but she only has 317 followers and many hubbers may not have seen her work....
This has happened to me a few times. I'll leave a comment or give an answer in the Q&A section... and I will get attacked (for lack of a better word) by some other Hubber who has a different point of view or...
