So I was doing some SEO research and found one of my articles translated into Chinese on another website. The normal response would be "turn that in to get it removed" but it seems that all or many of my articles from Turbofuture are published on this website and translated to Chinese. You can see here:

    https://m.mdobs.com/computers/How-to-Ma … -Worksheet

    My original article is here:

    https://turbofuture.com/computers/How-t … -Worksheet

Is there an affiliation with modobs.com or did the whole site get scraped? You can translate the page with your browser and see that it appears to be Turbofuture with less ads and a lot of photo bugs.

Does anyone know what this site is?

There's no affiliation. However, as it is a Chinese site, there's no chance in creation that you can get it taken down, so best to ignore it.

Enough nagging to the domain name seller may do something.

gname who sole the domain works under ICANN rules for supplying certain domain names like .com. If anyone has an article that has been stolen by the above domain can find the email here or from this link: https://www.gname.com/law. Basically, the whole site is hubpages article so I'm going to request everything be taken down.

I try to contact all plagiarists and scrapers if I can. It doesn't take that long and often after sending a DMCA copied material is removed. Makes me feel better too.

The most common I see are Youtubers, but how do we even find them? I am curious as to how Joshua found this site since it is in Chinese.

Mark, I actually found it by mistake while searching key words from my top articles. I was just trying to find something to write about. The URL path seams to be identical.

To search for my other copied articles I did a google site search with my name. I guess some might use their pen name or profile name.

I think you need to report to the web host. Gname seems to be just the registrar.

The host appears to be Eonix Corporation. It's an American company.

I think the Hubpages team should do something about this because they've stolen many articles from Turbo, the name and design of the site including the footnote resembles Turbo.
So Hubpages can do as a favour by taking action since, essentially, it's their niche site- brand, design and content - that's been copied on its entirety.
