If you want to add links, there is a link capsule made just for that.
HTML won't work in Hubs, but in your profile preferences, you can pick settings which allow others to email you.
You can also use the little link option in a text capsule. Highlight the word or phrase that your wnat to be a link, click the link button and paste the link.
To avoid spamming it is a common practice now to put emails like name[at]mysite.com. But bots become clever and sophisticated ;( and can collect such addresses as well.
