I noticed that a recent amazon payment - it was only twenty cents - was a negative. In other words, it took money away from me. Does anyone else have this experience and why does it happen?
Someone returned an item that they'd purchased via your link
well it almost sounds like it is not worth it to have an amazon account
Amazon Prime is still good!
Amazon sales on HP were once a good thing.
It's not.
I gave up on Amazon a long time ago. It was a waste of time even putting Amazon links/info in my articles, I never made any money from it, so I stopped.
Three good Amazon hubs can make as much as fifty Hub ads articles. But yeah, it's way more difficult nowadays. I earn a tiny fraction of the Amazon revenue that I used to.
It seems there's no down side for adding amazon links since you could get the occasional sale. I'm just wondering if it's seo friendly
Including Amazon product links in your articles can be lucrative. I suggest picking an item and writing an honest review with original photos. Don't write about items you don't have any experience with. Product articles need to be genuine. A genuine review is more likely to generate a sale. Don't do the spray-and-pray approach and randomly place Amazon links in articles hoping for a sale. This will not work and is not allowed.
Like Bev (theraggededge) says, it's a returned item. It's annoying, but that's how Amazon do things. You should be able to find what was returned in the stats somewhere.
At the start of a month on my personal (non-HP) Amazon account, I can sometimes start out in the negative, if one or more returned items from the previous month show up.
I don't know what would happen if I finished the month in the negative, would they try to bill me? Probably not, but it's a funny thought...
I can’t even remember when I last had an Amazon sale…must have been six months ago at least. I rarely even bother adding an Amazon link anymore to new articles.

Okay, I really do not mean to sound that I cannot comprehend much, but I really do not understand the payment and earnings. I am using the HP ad and Amazon ad programs only. Fortunately and unfortunately, I've started hitting payout every month for the past five months as Amazon has finally started...

Come someone please explain where $16.99 of my Amazon earnings went?I was tracking my earnings all last month, and it totaled up to $28.70 by the end of the month, so why does my balance history show that there was only $11.71 added to my balance?I like the higher percentage of earnings by...

Every month for the past few months I believed I should have got some sort of payment from amazon ads. But once again I have got that email stating I am not near my payment threshold. Now I know that I am, even if its not right up to date, only up to July I was at 140.00 dollars. So my question is...

After receiving another email from Amazon on their monthly report, once more I haven't received any payment. I know that you have to be over 100 dollars, I am nearer to 200 dollars. And I checked to see if I was supposed to have received it by now. But I am getting totally confused! I looked at my...

In the past, you had to earn to a certain level to collect from Amazon. Has that changed? Is what you earn now added to your HP payments each month on a pay as you go basis the same way Ebay is added?

Hi all. I have set up Amazon Affiliate program on hubpages and featured Amazon products on a number of my hubs. Looking at it after a while, the link-type report in the Amazon account shows that no one has clicked on the products so far. I wanted to know whether this actually works, so I clicked on...
