We are all hoping the same Kehna :-)
Love and prayers!
Thank you. And Monday's CPM was really good, like old times. Hope it continues. Fingers crossed. Prayers up. Keep hope alive.
I've not seen any dramatic improvements. My traffic's slightly better than it was during the summer but that's it!
CPM on this particular account was actually slightly lower.
Sorry to hear that, Paul! I guess the uptick is not across the boards.
Yeah, it always seems like either the Hub Ads or Amazon are pending nowadays, sometimes both.
That said, when I do eventually get to see what I've earned, I often wish I hadn't because the figures are so low.
The days when viewing the revenue was fun can seem distant.
Since the update some of my articles are down 75% in views. No way will I be wasting time writing anything fresh until Maven put a halt on this crazy ad smashing. I'm certain one criteria for Goggle's alga is reader enjoyment and Maven have gone deep into destroying that.
True. The revenue is down, but we should have the data current.
I suspect that complaining in the forums is not going to make much difference anyway, whether it's the reports or the revenue.
I think people do it out of frustration rather than expectation.
Paul, it appears that way. Yes. It is frustrating.
Exactly, complaining in the forums doesn't speed up earnings data. When the data is received and processed, we will update earnings.
Hi Matt, It is frustrating. And seeing these posts as "complaining" shows a lack of caring. Try to be in our shoes and understand the frustration.
“There is so much good in the worst of us, and so much bad in the best of us, it doesn't behoove any of us to speak evil of the rest of us.”
― Edgar Cayce
Fair enough, but I'm sure Matt gets frustrated seeing people registering complaints about something he can't change.
A little more transparency would help us understand.
There is nothing to be concerned about. There have always been earnings data delays, and there always will be. We always update the earnings when the data has been processed.
I am repeating the word "complaining" from the forum post I responded to because it was referred to as complaining. We are working on processing the data, and as always, it will be updated when it's ready.
Hey,
Why don't you start personal blogging and earn all handsome amount from your articles. No doubt, it's a good platform for beginners but it's not for experts. Hope you get my point.
Bless you All!
I do have other sites and clients. I keep hoping HP will bounce back. I like keeping my options open.
A platform for beginners? You couldn't be more wrong there...
There are sites with much lower standards of writing than HubPages. The fact is, that's what I like about HubPages, that the level is high. You need to know your stuff here and write great articles to get them published on niche sites.
It's a good way of seeing who can and who can't.
Dear, i just shared my opinion. Yeah it's a great learning platform but for not earning that's what i mean. you can't depend on it for long term.
I have few articles here because I'm busy with a project on Upwork.
I keep reading articles on hubpages which are really great and I will definitely write more featured articles on hubpages.
Bless you!
I've been earning hundreds of dollars here every month for years and years. Although earnings have dropped, it's still dependable... whether I write or not.
You have seven articles and none are on the network sites, so you can't really go by your own experience.
Hope you're doing great!
It's been a long time, Bev G.
Yes, i do agree with you
Kanwal - Bev and others are right. Until you've got work published in the niches, it's absurd to label the site a "learning platform."
I took a look at your articles and saw a lot of awkward and unnatural English. Here's an example: "You are lucky if liars do not cheat you, but it's impossible. Homo sapiens seek fortuities to lie and deceive others."
Thank you Paul for catching my mistake. Im not focusing on my articles here but i will proofread them soon

There’s so much talk about Medium and how great it is. After all these years I’m still a huge hubpages fan. It’s more laid back and passive income from a website that’s been around for so long is more valuable than anything. I even reached out to hubpages and they let me know that if I passed away...

Last month, and in other recent months, my Amazon earnings are almost twice as much as my Ad Program earnings, yet, every month, I get notices from Hubpages saying that they removed Amazon capsules from my articles. I add them back in and they take them back out, and so the dance continues. I am...

Since I migrated here from Squidoo two months ago, I've seen a steady stream of threads in this forum, complaining about lost page views. There are a lot of theories about why it's happening, and how much it's happening, and what can be done to get into Google's good graces.Google is not my #1...

I love HubPages, I feel that I have learned so much here and my confidence in writing non-fiction took such a huge leap when I was invited onto the Apprenticeship program last year. I have met some wonderful people here - both staff and other Hubbers. But as may other people have said, the idling...
