Just curious about your opinion

Some years ago I wrote an article about How to Take Care of a Blind Cat in the Best Way

Twice I've tried to get it into Pefhelpful and both times it was denied.
Before I tell you what reasons they gave me, I would like to hear your opinion.

As English is not my native language, I've put the text through Grammarly. Only a few grammar mistakes came up, and I took care of them (before I submitted the article).
Not a big deal really if it stays on Discovery, just wondering.

Had a quick scan, Titia. I think the problem is that it is all about one cat and not so much about blind or sight-impaired cats in general. Lots about how you took care of her but no advice for people in other situations. So it's not 'written to the title'. Does that make sense?

    She was very cute smile

Edit: Maybe a title change to "How We Took Care of a Special Blind Cat" or "How Our Blind Kitty Lived to be 19 Years Old".

It makes sense, but that was not the reason.
      First time denial reason was:

      •    Spelling/Grammar:
All articles on Network Sites should demonstrate a good command of the English language with appropriately chosen words and readable sentences. Reading your article out loud is a great way to catch typos and other minor errors.
      •    Evergreen Content:
All articles on Network Sites need to be “evergreen,” meaning that the subject matter remains current and never becomes obsolete. Whether your article is about technology, politics, fashion, statistics, trends, or current events, it needs to be written in a way that will be relevant to readers in the future. If your article is about a current event and written in a way that won't be relevant to readers in the future, consider expanding on your topic and offering historical analysis or additional insight beyond covering the facts of the story.

      Second time denial was:

      •    Title/Subtitle Capitalization And Sizing:
The title and headers of your article help your reader navigate your article and get an idea of whether they trust or distrust your content. Proper capitalization goes a long way towards making your article reader-friendly. We require the use of standard title case when formatting titles and headers. See the APA guidelines.
      •    Layout:
Text should be broken up into multiple capsules with clear headers. Think about ways you can condense the information in the article so that it is more readable and scannable (especially on mobile). Bulleted and numbered lists and Table Capsules are great ways to summarize information in a more digestible format.
      •    Photos:
Every article on Network Sites should have at least one high-quality photo. If there are multiple photos in the article, they should all be relevant to the content and visually appealing. Photos must be at least 700 pixels wide. Original photos—without watermarks—are always preferable to stock photos. If you must use creative commons photos, please choose them carefully and tastefully.
      •    Text Formatting:
Only bold words and phrases when necessary. Italics should be used for the titles of books, video games, movies, and television shows, but not to provide emphasis. Additionally, avoid large blocks of text that are excessively stylized (i.e., bolded, italicized, underlined, or in all caps), as they impede readability. Lastly, using standard font sizing (the provided title and subtitle fields, as well as Heading 2s and Heading 3s) allows your reader to follow the structure of your article more easily.

The second denial didn't make sense to me at all. I'll just leave it at Discover.

      Thanks for the title suggestions.
