    This is the article : https://hubpages.com/hub/aristotle-and- … ge?hubview
I feel like it's well-written and deserves getting featured.
I feel like it's getting rejected as the book I'm reviewing is about two gay boys.
If it is not that then please tell what am I messing up?

I can assure you that homophobia is not the reason why your review is not featured.

Firstly, shorten the title. You give your verdict of the book in the title so why would anyone read any further?

Then I think you need to move some paragraphs around. The synopsis should be at the beginning, together with some information about the author, the publisher and the date published.

After that, some comment on the writing style followed by your detailed opinion of the story. Don't give out any spoilers or your readers will hate you big_smile

At the moment, it's all mixed up. Remove one of the Amazon capsules and add a short description to the remaining one.

I suggest you read some authoritative book reviews (maybe from online magazines, not Amazon) and examine how they are structured.

      Good luck.

Thank you for the response. You’re right, I was probably being paranoid

I agree with Bev. Also, go to the help center and learn how to write these for HP. For example, the title format is APA, even with subtitles.

Your article is now published and featured. Your article was previously not accepted because it contained three Amazon Capsules for the same product.

        I'm sorry, I didn't realize.
Thank you for clarifying the issue so I won't make the same mistake again.

There are some misspellings in it and some grammatical errors. If there's a possibility of talking about some themes and symbolism in the book, you could get it to a nicer length.

You should also edit your other review. Write yourself an outline to follow. Something like this:

    Title

    Book, author and publisher details.

Brief synopsis but no spoilers. You need to pretend you are trying to persuade someone to buy the book, so make it intriguing.

    Describe the writing style.

    Write about the characters.

Give your opinion on the story - and if it engaged you, how long it took to read (I couldn't put the book down and read it in one day)

Don't forget, some books don't grab you and you can express that as well.

    Recommend it or not.

Put your Amazon capsule about three quarters down the page rather than at the end.

Write a summary to put into the appropriate box.

Though the story is now publish and featured, the  'Amazon' capsule link where to 'get' the book is not indeed formatted, and doesn't work. Make it work by learning how to format links at the HuaPages Learning Centre. So it'll take readers who click on the link to amazon directly.
