The tabs above the health contest bar is not working. i.e.. affiliate button; fans your following button etc....
There's already a thread about this with some solutions.
Mine is now working without making the adjustment suggested in the other thread. I was able to restore my settings back to what they were.
There shouldn't be a problem. I would suggest people log out of their accounts, clear out their cookies and log back in to obtain new settings.
Thank you Maddie.
Safari was the last to work, but even that cleared once the 'banner' was removed by HP. Hours ago.
Last night it happened to me too. I thought I must need to go and get some sleep, perhaps my eyes were deceiving me. It is great this morning though woo hoo.
mine is doing it again. for a while the contest graphic was gone and it worked, now it's back, and it doesn't work.
I can't get anything out of my account tabs, only the enter the contest tab works. Is someone addressing this? Let's flip a switch or something!
The banner is back up, but the links should be working. What browsers are you all using? Try IE or Firefox.
Just to let you know- I had to block the banner again. I couldn't access any of the links above it.
I am using Firefox. I know I tried it earlier with IE and it worked fine.
So, I'm not sure what the problem is? When I block it out and then edit hubs.....I have to make several adjustments, unless HubPages has also changed the format on the editing hubs tool.
Did you make changes to the editing tool too?
I have the same problem and as I am not eligible to enter the contest ( being located in darkest Africa) I am not exactly impressed
Please, nice HP people, when you get to fixing the problem again, PLEASE make that banner smaller, it eats up a lot of my screen!
The banner is gone thanks to the suggestion that on Foxfire, one should click Tools - Options - Content then uncheck the Load Images Automatically then click Exceptions and copy and paste the banner site to block it. Have done this, banner gone, but I still can't link into my comments, groups, etc. on my account page. Dolores is becoming frustrated.
Turns out there was a little bug again. As I posted on one of the other gazillion threads on this:
"This should be fixed in just a few minutes. Paul's on it right now. Hang tight."
I'm back. Actually, this page looks a bit weird. Writing on top of writing. Odd.
Thanks Maddie (and the rest of HP staff) for doing the best you can...we do get rather impatient and noisy at times I'm afraid.....

I am absolutely distraught. Some of my best hubs contain youtube videos. I have found that anyone logged into hubpages can see my videos without any problem. Today my Dad happened to be looking at my hubs and said "there are no videos here". Stunned, I went onto hubpages and logged out of...

Whitney I noticed reported the same problem about 3 months ago. I haven't checked in a while, but last time I looked internet explorer was still the dominant OS. I know it didn't used to do this. Is the awkward-looking non-text wrapping page what IE users will see? If so that is really limiting our...

I am having problems with text capsule. When I click the "save" tab after editing text module, screen becomes white and remains so after that. I am facing this problem for last 2-3 hours.

When editing the information that is displayed on my profile and attempting to save the edited version, it is not saving successfully. Is this a common fault with the profile editor?

Almost everyones profile picture and the photos in hubs aren't showing up, it's just a blank white box with a small red "x" at the top left corner. When I try refreshing, the page comes up in a different old school layout. If its just me then does anyone know how to get rid of this? Has...
