  Hi had an article published on Associated Content and Bukisa, a few weeks ago when I posted it on Hubpages it said that a substantial amount of it was duplicated.   ok ... so if we copy content from another site on to a hub, it won't get published .. fair enough and I agree. However, if someone copies our content, we get an alert but our hub won't get unpublished as it's not our fault. So what is to stop us copying our own hubs onto a blog of our own ???Jus'...

  I am planning on taking a long trip.  I am going to write about it here on Hubpages.  My question is can I use some of my hubs to create an e-book about the trip or would that be considered duplicate content?  ...what say ye?
