Can we use an item on Amazon for a photo on our hub?

I want to use the DVD jacket ad for a movie as a photo on the site. Is that considered in the public domain and allowable?  Thank you.

Just place the Amazon capsule where you want the photo to be and you'll A) have the image you want and B) make it easy for them to buy it.  I did that with asthma inhalers on my asthmatic vampire hub, and I've done it with lingerie on others, etc.

It wouldn't be public domain, as it is owned by the photographer/designer (or more likely Amazon, if it's from the Amazon site).  My guess is that it would be technically illegal to use it without permission (although it might be okay under fair use).  If you're selling the product, I doubt there would be much of an issue.  And if it was the Amazon module it would be fine, as Amazon would have authorized the use through the module.
