I have seen many of our friends make many hubs as part of 30 day challenge. Few clear the test. But many fail and we never hear how many they did. I feel many people might have done 10 to 25 hubs. Oh! Please tell us, how many you could accomplish.
You're certainly right - I tried the challenge twice, managing only 17 Hubs in total over both challenges.
I didn't regard it as a failure though - I almost certainly wouldn't have written even that many without the Challenge to spur me on.
I've participated in 7 challenges. I met or exceeded 30 hubs on all the 30 day challenges. I did one 12 day challenge where we wrote 12 hubs in 12 days just before Christmas. The most difficult for me was the last challenge I did in March. I got the 30, but it was difficult because I so many other things going on at the time.
I think more people complete them than you realize, but most don't seem to come back and report their successes (or failures.)
Edit: "Failures" was a poor choice of words on my part! I have never considered it a failure to fall short of the 30. It's a great learning experience no matter how many you publish.
I have never entered any of the challenges. I feel it controls my time too much, although I do like the idea, I also like to be free to use my time doing other things that come up randomly that are important for me to get involved in, like family and outings etc, and do not wish to be tied to any deadlines here.

I have just started, so I dont expect it in the near future, but how many hubs, or how many months before you start making money? How much traffic is considered to be good traffic? Right now I am getting about an average of 75 hits per day on 4 hubs. Is that good? What...

How many hubs do you write in one day?

A fellow hubber asked us to join her in a 30 in 30 challenge. When I look at the link I see it is from 2 years ago. We all want to do this but is it okay to post up our hubs to that thread still? Thanks!

I broke my record today - previously I'd written and published 7 hubs in one day (mainly because it was the last day of the thirty day challenge and I couldn't fail a challenge!)Today I managed to do 8. (Only one on this account, however. And they ranged between 400-750 words.)So how many hubs have...

How do you find inspiration to write many hubs?I am interested in doing 30 in 30, but I feel I am unable to write too many hubs. I've tried at times to post a hub a day but it doesn't work because I can't think of things to write about. Can you share some of your ways of generating hub ideas?

I am averaging around 6 hubs per week. Not too bad. I am not sure how that compares to the general average, but I would love to know. Also, happy 4th of July to you all!Bruce
