    Deceptive linking can get your Hub flagged.  You might think it's funny, but really such practices don't make a hub useful to visitors.

      its a hub about common internet phenomenon so it seemed relevant but still fuzzy

        I think it's perfectly fine to rickroll your hub visitors in the context of a hub about internet phenomena, as part of your explanation.

        If you're at all in doubt, send a link to the hub to team(at)hubpages(dot)com before publication, so we can take a look and make sure it's acceptable use.
