In my copied hubs section, I have filed the DMCA complaints and it is already showing that the offending posts have been removed but then also I am not able to remove those hubs from the copied hubs section and yes on one of the hub even after the offending blog being removed it is showing as "your hub may not be in compliance" note.

I urge hubpages to fix this bug.

I too have a hub where I got all the copies removed from the offending sites, where the content does not appear to be cached anywhere, and it's still showing the copyright symbol next to the title.

I also think the alert message shown at the top of Hubs that have been copied elsewhere needs to be changed, as it reads that the Hub is not in compliance with the site TOS, which is not true when someone else rips off a Hub author.

Yeah, I have a couple that have been ripped off and stay that way. lol.  When I first saw that "not in compliance" I panicked, but I read it and it's clear that I'm not being penalized because people copy/pasted my stuff.

Most of the time I've gotten stuff taken down, but there's two that are pasted into forums and for whatever reason, the forum mods just never respond or do anything.  If it doesn't hurt me, I guess I don't care.

I would love to see this fixed. Those little red Cs drive me crazy, especially when they aren't true any longer.

Today also after logging in and checking the copied hubs section, I am experiencing the same problem as I have mentioned above plus there is one more thing. I think the copied hubs are not updated on a daily basis by the system because my hubs were last checked on April 27 and today is April 30.

I think hubpages must be taking some steps in removing these problems from this section which is very irritating sometimes for the authors.

Is there anyone who is having the same problem or I am all alone? It has been 5 days now.

I can't seem to delete copied links. Where you used to be able to click the 'x' to the right of the link that potentially copied your content, it doesn't delete off the list anymore. It just goes to the top of the HubPages page.

Also, when do the links disappear from the copied hubs list? We have the ability to delete the line, but the main section remains, as does the notification on the hub.

Yes, I was talking about the same thing. You explained it in the right way. Thanks Whitnety.

Is there any progress in this?

I was checking out the section today. I still can't delete one link that has been removed from the site. All the labels/titles are still there from the near beginning as well. It'd definitely clean up the page if they would go away after being removed.
