Why am I so bored?  Loss of mania. Writers block. Emptying into a possible depression.  I need something to jolt my serotonin.  Any suggestions? (besides meds)

    Have an orgasm..hehe... just kidding.
Ummm, talk to someone who you havent seen or spoken to in awhile (but always leaves you smiling when you would speak to them)?
Help someone that you care about with something?
Make a mess...the kind of mess we made when we were children and didnt worry about cleaning up.
Scribble....Doodle, I usually do this, but on a wall rather than sketch book...and it helps me out...
Or...Do what I suggested first  smile

Hey, don't kid, the orgasm always helps.  Maybe just think about sex, that helps.  Or find a chocolate chip cookie, and eat him!

PS, the only thing better than sex is ice cream.

Did you read my hub on the subject? LOL... just playing. Cookies are good-I like Oreo's saturated in milk rather than chocolate chip though?

Boston Creme Pie, haven't had that in a WHILE!  (The Diet that Works, but you have to work it, too!)

i am one of those really weird people that forgets to eat...then all of a sudden I feel like crap and recall I havent eaten anything all day...then it is a few hours before I actually find something that is even half way appealing to me...

You're also very lucky and thin, I expect.  And here I like you.  Don't forget to eat--it's not good for you, and plus, eating is one of life's great pleasures!

I just got back from MS visiting old friends and my daughter.  I now sit alone waiting for the summer to arrive to see my daughter again.  I want to write, but I'm blocked. Thanks for ideas though H.C

Summer is here!  The weather all the sudden turned beautiful, where I live.  Get out for a walk and enjoy it, if you have good weather there, too!

Write about your daughter.  Write a letter to her, and post it online, since that's really what's at the front of your mind.

Make lists... Grocery Lists, things to do around the house, people to write letters to, what you are looking for in a relationship-or not looking for, favorite bands and songs and why you like them... Making lists can get the thought process going and spark an interest in something to write about...

Write about having writer's block. Sometimes that helps. Also, an exercise I have found helpful is just writing whatever comes to mind, verbatim. Once you have emptied every thought in your head, ideas flow more freely, and the block subsides.
