I would love to be able to post and edit hubs with my iPad.

I can write in the forum, comments, questions and answers, but cannot post or edit hubs.

    Am I missing something obvious?

    Hi Pcunix,

Thanks for letting us know about your problems with posting/editing hubs on the iPad.

I will investigate what's up and get back to you on this thread when I have an update.

    -Larry

I just sent some very detailed feedback to admin about what works and what does not concerning the iPad.   I understand how non-specific whining isn't helpful to software engineers.

I think it could be helpful if you posted the same details here - or as a hub, if it is lengthy.  Other iPad users could confirm or elaborate on your experiences.

Since all iPads run the same OS and browser, and since I've been using it extensively for just over two months, I'm confident that whatever issues are happening are universal.

Looks like Hubpages just got a valid reason to buy an iPad on expenses!

Hi Larry. i just got an iPad, which i will crack open on June 10, at which point i will be happy to do some beta testing for you as it relates to Hubpages, e.g lag time, navigation, formatting, editing, etc. and document the results for you guys. free, of course.

    if not, that's cool too.

    best regards.

Relache says it works for her.

She said something about classic/mobile interfaces being different, but I don't see those as a choice.

What happens if I click edit on a capsule is that I can't type in it.  Nothing happens.  Very strange, especially as Relache says it works!

I have feedback I've gathered over the last two months to send in to admin.

I can do about 85% of everything on my iPad without any problems.  Sadly the problems all happen when trying to make a Hub.

I wasn't sure which of the below sort of forums you meant...

        or

    Did you guys change something?

Suddenly hubpages mostly shows up in what I'd call, "iphone mode: - large, large print, missing stuff that is normally on the page and you have to scroll, scrol, scroll.

That is NOT the best thing to do on an ipad.  Most pages look fine just left alone.

That's the mobile view.  Guess you managed to find it.  (which given that it's just a link on the page makes me wonder why you didn't see it on your iPad before)

        Got it, thanks.

I wish someone had just said "it's down the bottom of the page in teeny teeny  letters" :-)

I must have hit it, but not on purpose.  Big thumbs, tiny brain.

That would be for the iPhone not the iPad!
