Anyone ever had that? I am at 125 so far for my hub I publised less than 24 hours ago (How to get discounts at Lowes and Home Depot.) Only 4 are from Hubpages, most are from Bing and Google..
Well big congratulations! Apparently the home improvement guys found your hub.
that's awesome! It will be great if the trend continues over the next several days/weeks!
Thanks everyone! I am really stoked too, it is a pretty basic and short hub...I just hope it is not some weird error!
I only have a few that make that in one week, let alone one day..
Yeah, I dont want to pretend like I have ANY idea what I am doing! I have no idea why this one took off. I guess I just lucked onto a good topic. But I have NEVER seen search engine traffic come that fast, that is what was weird, how the heck did it get indexed that quickly, and it is coming from Google AND Bing.
Oh my goodness, that's fantastic! You'll have to share the secret on how you achieved such a high number of hits in just one day.
That's awesome! Hopefully, you'll crack that formula on all of your hubs!
Just so you know, though, a lot of times, Google will "premier" a fresh hub and then it will kind of "get lost" for a while, and then it will return again in a more permanent spot. This has happened with many of mine, which is kind of annoying. But it sounds like you chose an extremely active topic, which the Google bots should like!
Yes sometimes you get lucky like that, I had one make about 60 hits straight away last week.. well done!
Thanks everyone! Hopefully all of our hubs will start doing this! Traffic has tapered off, but still pretty good (for one of my hubs anyways) at around 25-40 a day, almost all from Google and Bing

I noticed yesterday that one of my hubs about responsible use of water resources had its readership just explode! It had always been steadily getting about ten or so hits a day, which I thought was respectable if not...

I just did a Hub and looked and it was listed in Google within minutes of being published!I know this happens, but I have seen Hubs take hours, weeks and days to get listed.I did something different, and I will try to...

Just now I noticed that my 'the best way to take care of a rejected lamb' hub got 183 hits today of which 73 came from reddit.com. I've never been on that website so how come that I get so many hits from there all of a...

I have not really even followed what is going on here time to time and been writing very erratically. Now it seems that all the different revenues coming in might be worth a shot. Anyway I'm just curious about...

Hi there,On Monday I had 75 hubs unfeatured. I edited them and promoted them so they're fine now.But the problem is that, although some had low traffic, others had plenty. Marisa in another forum suggested that maybe...
