    hey Irish...grey a.m. with sun peaking out on the 'wet' coast of Canada...taking the day off to continue from Canada Day celebrations yesterday - extra, extra long weekend.
    
    What does Suzie say about how my early weekend will go....will I fall in luv?  will I get rich all of a sudden? will I have to do mundane things around the house?  or should I get out and have some fun?
    
    or better yet, how about a tune to get it moving along...

    Hi Irish - bit quiet around here this weekend, no religious wars to speak of and the pseudo politicians all seem to be bothering someone else in person or something
    
    It is 4 in the afternoon here and 35 degrees and humid so I have grudgingly uprated from a simple fan to put on the air conditioning.
    
    So i would put on "Lazing on a sunny afternoon" maybe the Kinks but I don't remember.

    that's nice of her to acknowledge military families.......
    
    Some of the words I struggle with when I reflect on Canada...some of our military come home and do not get the support they need...some of the physical and mental/emotional challenges are left up to the community....hmmmmmm......after working hard and dedicating their lives and putting their families on hold...why doesn't the military properly support and address some of these issues when they come home...instead, it's down-loaded to the community.  I'm not looking for a response; these are just my thoughts.
